GAC Recipe?

Does anyone have a homebrew recipe for GAC?

I am trying to brew the following combination. Do the ratios look correct to you? If not, what should they be? Also, what temp do you use during brewing?

L-Carnitine - 500mg/mL
L-Arginine - 100mg/mL
L-Glutamine - 35mg/mL

GAC - 30mL Bottle

15 grams L-Carnitine Powder
3 grams L-Arginine Powder
1 grams L-Glutamine Powder
15.71 mL Bacteriostatic Water
