I just do it before bed, and with high carbohydrate meals. You want to avoid it directly pre-workout and directly post-workout. Berberine is probably the strongest over-the-counter glucose disposal agent, personally I like the combination of berberine and cinnamon but you could try alpha lipoic acid, chromium p, mitoburn has some gda effects. If your not concerned with it being otc or Natty there's carderine. And if you want the absolute strongest glucose disposal agent which is not really over the counter but it's easy to get a hold of, metformin. There's also other over-the-counter stuff I just can't think off top of my head right now. Banaba I think is another one
The board sponsor @sns8778 has multi ingredient gda products as well. I just don't know if any of them do not contain berberine or Dehydroberberine
I don't think he has any GDAs w/o berberine. I like to (at times) use one post w/o, so i roll my own with cinnamon, agmatine and banaba. I throw in r ala and berberine if i eat a high carb cheat meal.

I definitely like berberine or metformin when I have a high carb cheat meal. With the post workout timing, just remember, using a GDA is bringing your insulin levels down and clearing out glucose faster. You're losing the benefits of your post workout insulin Spike for recovery and muscle growth. You're basically getting a small edge on fat loss by sacrificing recovery, turning off the switch for recovery and muscle growth. I see this post workout window with a GDA beneficial only if somebody's on a really high calorie dirty bulk where the number one goal is to maintain insulin sensitivity. Or if your workout is strictly cardio and conditioning work I can also see a GDA potentially being beneficial post workout if you're not concerned with muscle growth at all. I'm not 100% concrete on these things this is just everything I've gathered over the years to form my opinion on it.
Out of curiosity, what is the reason why you do it post workout?
It is helping prevent fat gain, just at a cost. Try keeping your post workout carbs limited to like 30-40gm. That will give you that post workout insulin Spike in those carbs will get used right up to replenish lost glycogen and then save your GDA for your higher carbohydrate meals and before bed.
This is kind of blanket statement advice because I don't really know the bigger picture of everything you're doing
