At 21? I plan on competing, but not in bodybuilding. Powerlifting is more my thing. At 160 pounds i was pulling 405 on deadlift for one rep. at 6 ft tall. I'd like to see what i can do but i do plan on staying natural until im benching 315, squatting 405, deadlifting 500+, and am no less than 180 pounds or so. Until then im staying natural.

Ill likely wait until im 22 or older. I've still got natural potential to expend. How old were you when you first cycled?

Yeah I feel ya on it. I feel sorry for the non responders. My boy was skeptical about it cuz its a legal oral. He gave it a go and was praising it by a few weeks in lol. This is a guy who is experienced with AAS and who has used tren and var. He put it right below tren as regards to effectiveness, that speaks volumes.

He's missing out. Epi is so underrated as a bulker too. U can put on serious weight with it if you're bulking and its properties help u stay lean.
 
thats what i keep telling him he hasnt done a cycle in awhile, he just did halodrol and said he didnt gain ****, i tried telling him it was nothing compared to what he used to run

Yeah taurine works wonders. F*ck it I thought about using dbol for an oral in my test prop/tren ace cycle in November but I'll go with epi lol. I'm bulking so I'm gonna eat my ass off and see how lean I can stay lol.

Everything.

2 years of kinesiology classes, nutrition, nsca cpt certification, nutrition coach certification, and 6 years of studying anabolic/androgenic compounds.
You learn things you would have know way of knowing without that.

hey guy im about to start my 11-x on monday, how should i do the dosing like 1 pill at a time over the course of the day, or like 2 or 3 at a time like before and after workouts
