Funny feeling in the gut

Ok so I'm on my week long break (after every 3months I want to take one) but... my last deadlift session was last Tuesday (24th Feb) from memory... anyway... so its a week since then and basically I've been noticing a funny feeling in my gut... (all week... I think it was more obvious last week) like pelvis area... below the belly above the pubey area... towards the left a bit

i get it I think if I sneeze or cough... or maybe stretch out or something and then like stand regularly... it feels like something tingles inside... maybe wobbles (jelly like feeling?) like something maybe could be loose or... not sure

I am wondering whether this could be lifting related? Possibly a hernia? (I dont even know what that is?)

But if anyone here knows anything about a feeling in that area or anything about hernias... let me know what I should do and how I can find out for sure etc

Thanks

Yea the first bloody thing you do is go see your doctor man. Hernias are bad ass and if you keep lifting on it, if it is one you can make it much , much worse. Please read this ,Invalid Link Removed I know its only wiki but at least it gives you some insight....and there are links to other hernia related sites. Best Wishes meng.

If it's not a hernia, then it must surely be karma for dissing your Country's National Sport and Past Time :bandit:
