I would start higher cals after 2 days of refeeding (both days refeed hitting low volume full body workouts)

Refeed with little to no fat. Super high fiber (fiber one raisin bran) and only shakes and egg whites

Cheat day of sort and experimenting. No workout today.

No DOMS in my legs which is disappointing. Hope to see some soreness tomorrow.

Did not feel the warmth during the day. Thermo effect looks to show up during cardio and at work.

Had a cheat meal for dinner and I made sure to increase Recompadrol and AAV2 to compensate. What you are not seeing in the food pictures above is the 3 spoonful of apple pie with ice cream that I ate for dessert. Dinner ended up being 1,100 calories. I was definitely bloated afterwards. It took about an hour and bloat was gone. I noticed increase in vascularity in my hands while driving home and while changing at home, noticed them all over my arms.

3 more days remain in this run in period. Will have a mini assessment on safety and dosing on Monday/Tuesday.

Back to lifting tomorrow.

No DOMS, but saw some veins in my calves. Haha. Still need to lose a lot of body fat.

i would think results of your study are gonna be highly skewed with such paltry intake

Thank you snagency. So you also agree upping the cals to 2,500 ? I am the endomorph type with slow metabolism and I always feel like I need to be at 2000 to lose weight. Based on my workout schedule, what would you recommend ?

as stated - at least 2500 on such active day like that
i might say 2500 on a non-activity day for you, tbh (so at least 3k on active days)
while i understand your point on body-type, and you are older (even a yr older than me - that's old! :D)..
that aspect cannot be totally eradicated from the equation - i may not advise caloric intake on my level (as i have a very high metabolism)..but still - some basic medium should be established imo, if you are going to attempt to isolate some result from products....
the point as i understand the thread, is to look at efficacy/results of the products chosen no?
thus, you would push the envelope with intake, not eat like a girl
your food structure looks decent enuff, can alter overall macro construction if you wish, but -- for me -- i am not too impressed when someone your size takes some product and eats like a bird, then says product helped..nah what i mean?

I was hoping the body fat% change and not weight loss, if there are any, would support my conclusion down the line, but if I am eating unrealistically low amount of calories and others could not use my study to implement their fat loss plans using these supplements, than you are correct....results would be skewed.

In fact Zach (EBF Inc) has continued to ask me to up my calories and I was finally about to listen. Maybe another run-in period with higher daily calories intake is in order.

Tried some grilled mackerel today. Can't get rid of the taste in my mouth it was so fishy. Reminds me of ....... I will spare the details. Ugh...

After exchanging posts on this thread with snag and EBF, I decided to up the calories today. Almost 3,000 calories and almost 300 grams of protein. 50 grams of fat from mackerel. I am happy with the macro for now. Not a fan of grilled mackerel. Too fishy. When cooked, it did not taste fishy at all. Actually pretty good.

Do I feel bloated right now ? Not really. Recompadrol is doing its job. I think protocol change maybe in order. (To up calories during treatment phase) Will confirm Tuesday.

I love cheat days and also hate cheat days. I wanted to put in good amount of work today. Back workout felt great with major pumps. Still do not feel like I have any strength loss. Cardio also felt great. My best output so far. I wore a thick hoodie and put the hat part on. Just focused on my pace and 60 minutes went by pretty quickly. Sweated up a storm. The thick hoodie was soaked from top to bottom.

I feel great. Will stay at a higher calorie for now.

Solid workout Fumoney!

That mackerel looks interesting...I can't stand seafood (besides tuna if that counts). It's a shame, considering I've always lived right by the ocean.

I agree w upping the cals too Fu.. You are very active regardless of body type. I was like u. Once I upped my cals consistently I was SHOCKED how much I needed to eat to maintain weight. And then how easy it became to cut cals because there was actually a surplus to cut from!

Hmmm, maybe the fish was bad. Don't feel sick though. The fish I had looked like they just gutted it and threw it on the grill. I had to put a ton of lemon to down it as in the end I knew it was good for me.

I would probably eat fresh fish 5 of 7 days if I was near the ocean.

Hahaha......I love it when cooked in sauce. The bones get brittle and you don't have to fillet it.

Tried grilled for the first time. Never doing that again. Not sure about sushi either.

I eat a lot of tilapia. Never knew what they looked like or how they operate.

Quick observation

On Saturday AM, my weight was 222. I ate 2,500 calories for the day.

On Sunday AM, my weight was 225. I ate 3,000 calories for the day.

Huge.....I mean HUGE elimination Sunday Night.

This morning, my weight was 222.4. Wow, huge weight swing. I actually looked better in the mirror this morning versus Saturday AM.

I know, I am stubborn and a slow learner. I think I get it now.

Will continue with trying to maintain 3,000 calories on workout days although it might be tough without carbs. Gotta order more protein powder.

Yup, and I grew up a little south of the city on the water.

I actually have a family member that's a commercial fisherman, and he's always offering fresh fish and lobsters to everyone. I'll overnight it to you haha.

Mhmm... Keep doing it youll keep losing :D if u restrict too much, youre only slowing down your Metab.

Mr.Cooper BEGGED me to just TRY to reintroduce carbs to my diet. It wasn't EASY at first, it certainly wasn't HARD.. Now I'm at about 150-200g a day.. If u had told me a year ago I could tolerate that and be at my leanest- I'd have told you to stop smoking drugs. It may even been too low for my activity level! Point is- try it- now is the time with the great supps you're using !

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result!

Not sure about carbs yet. I guess I am trying to sprint rather than jog to get things going. Definitely later.

Insanity actually fits since I am trying to do the same thing and want same results. I was happy with the results I gained from this method last year. However, having less nutrients in my body, I can see how stressful it probably was and may have, in a small way, contributed to my elbow injury.

Doing power lifting type workouts previously, I never developed my lats.

Also due to back issues, I never developed my lower back.

Lean ? Not anymore.....BUT will be soon.

Man i was doing good all the way til Dec. I started having some pain from my elbow down to the back side of my hand right side. It's got better since I started backing off the weights and doing more cardio, but with the last five days of doing more cardio then usual, I've gained weight WTF is wrong with me?

Rise in Cortisol ? Not eating enough/too infrequently? Sometimes when I do too much cardio I get swollen and bloated and soft. Boggles my mind!
