Full Body Workout while on PH cycle???

Hey all,

My goal is to cut up and drop a few BF% while sticking around my current weight.

Was wondering what you guys think about doing a full body workout routine while on a PH Cycle? I've had great success losing weight in the past with up-tempo full body workouts, but I'm worried I'd be wasting my time and money on a cycle if my workout isn't up to par.

Can I reach my goal of building some muscle while lowering my BF% on a full body workout?

Stats:

24YO - 6'00 - 190lbs - 17% BF

Cycle Info:

epi2a3a 30/30/40/40/40 w/ cycle support and joint support
Got PCT with SERM all sorted

I've run a PH cycle before, so this isn't really a question regarding my Cycle so much as it is a question of the effectiveness of an up-tempo Full Body workout while on the cycle. The whole purpose of the PH is to gain some muscle, but it would be great if I could also burn some fat & tighten up in the process :)

Thoughts?

Back pumps might mess up your "high tempo" plans. Don't change your workout based on if you are dieting/bulking/taking a PH. Just change your diet and add/subtract cardio. You can add more volume while on cycle though.

True..

To be honest I've just been getting so bored with the ISO workouts and have been considering changing it up. You make a good point though.. changing it up now may be a bad idea especially if I'm considering running a cycle.

Thanks for your advice man!

It's not a bad idea. It's good to change up your workouts so you don't get bored. Just don't change it becuase you think one type of workout is better for cutting/bulking or natty/on cycle. I change my workouts every so often just so I don't quit working out cause that **** gets hella boring lol
