Fuggin Paxil...

So I just realized that Nolvadex is rather useless when combined with Paxil. I've been on Paxil for years at a pretty high dose. I have Nolva, but need something else now.. I'm on a Epi/Stano cycle for 6 weeks. Not very high doses, so I shouldn't be that shut down. What are your guys opinions for a serm and at what dosing?

Toremifene...It doesn't compete for the same receptor as tamox and paroxitene/paxil.
