Fst 7 on chest day

I am trying to incorporate Fst 7 in my workouts. Was wondering about my chest workout I just did. Should I add another exercise or change anything?

Bb Bench 4 sets
Incline BB press 4 sets
DB Flys 4 sets
Seated incline hammer press 7 sets

Has anyone done FST 7 before
 
I'd hit some dumbbell Incline fly's hard and try bringing the outer side of ur palms together , or the outer sides of the dumbells together at the top of the fly movement to squeeze ur pecs .
 
Glad someone started a thread on this. I'm trying to incorporate the same thing but no clue where to start. My upper chest need some construction?
