Fruit & Veg - How do you eat yours?

Just looking for a few suggestions/ideas on how you all incorporate the fruit and veg into your diet.

I used to love frozen summer fruits in my post workout shake until i got a little more educated on the issue. Now i snack on fruit through the day but veg can be a problem, i get plenty of peppers tomatoes etc but sometimes am a little short on the greens.

How do you eat your veg / fruit? I've heard of V8 whats peoples opinions on that?

Back when I could tolerate them, I used to buy the microwavable packets of brocolli, brocolli slaw(cabbage+carrot+brocolli), snow peas etc. poke a few holes in the back and heat 'em up. Good with most types of seasoning. Good with any kind of veggie dipping sauce, plain old mustard or ff cheese for example. For spinach, I just go with fresh spinach leaves. Eggs go really well with spinach. If you have a supercenter all of those should be available.
 
I usually dump a whole can of string beans/corn/carrots/whatever I feel like into a saucepan and just heat it up and eat it with a piece of steak or chicken. I do this one or two times a day with no particular timing. I like to eat it an hour after working out though :)
