Hey my man, stats looking good! Can i ask though, how do you do your overhead extensions? The reason i ask is just that considering your size and other stats 40lbs (im assuming its lbs) seems light for those reps thus i was wondering if you had a particularily challenging form/method.
 
no not really. my lying extensions go from the top squeeze to behing my head almost to the floor for stretch, then pulldowns, by this time my triceps are absolutly gone. I do the overhead extensions for full development and just pump out some reps, keep in my this is one arm at a time. From top to behind back aand up again, i can do up to 70 but at this point in the workout i like to take it easy :)

Lunge: 75 x 4 + self x 6
Curls: 225 x 7, x 6

Hamstrings
Straight Leg Deadlift: 255 x 5
Reverse Leg Curl: 145 x 16, 175 x 8
Hamstring Self-Pullup: self + 10 x 14, self + 25 x 10

Woa, insane. Squats were a little weak but great stimulation. Got a lot of pics, first i have to cover up my privates then i'll post them :) The yellow towel one was a few days ago. Pro-anabol is all done and i am sad :( Thanks ALRI for this oppurtunity, got a ways to go with my Restore which is pretty cool as it is helping me lean out a little more as well as incresing my test. But for all those following this log, stay tuned because i have been asked to test Epithin-E by Generic Labz. Should get a little crazy, haha. Been a while since i did PP/superdrol, actually a long while. Right now i am 240, so a cut up 250 would be sick :p

This stack is awesome as a standalone for someone who does not want to hit the juice or orals. In my opinion would be even better in PCT a month after Clomid/Nolva/Toremifene, etc. It would definitly bounce you back hard and you might even continue gaining!!

Man! What a pump, my tris were DONE after my first set of dips... so rest was light. But felt grrrrreeeeeaaat!
