Front squats are a difficult and awkward lift. We do them about every 2-3 weeks and they aren't a "staple" in the workout. Gotta find your weakness. Why are you weak in the front squats? What is failing? and work on that... then you will see that 215+ go up.
Love me some front squats, just gotta break through a wall with em. I'm at 250, attempted 265 today and the breaks went on half way up.
