Freezed dried vs pre mixed HUC0G

so unfamiliar with pre mixed one .. this one as shown in pics comes as is .. are we suppose to add more bac water in it ?
or take it as it comes ?

You can take it as it comes just fine, or if you wanted to could add more bac water if you desired more volume for some reason.
