Looking for something to free up testosterone. Total T is 800 or so but have high shbg which binds some test up. My estrogen is fairly low so not looking to lower this much defiantly don’t want to raise it. Would prefer transdermal

Tongkat, Boron, and Shilajit (Primavie) are all pretty good at this.

CEL M-test or SNS Optimize-T both have quite a bit for help with free test.

If you really want a topical the XPG Alpha Gel contains very high quality Tongkat Ali in it.

So, are you looking for something to reduce SHBG?

If so, you might want to start with
  • Boron
  • Stinging Nettle Root
  • Magnesium
  • Zinc
  • Viramin D3/K2
  • Fish Oil
  • Tongat Ali

The main 3 ingredients that come to mind would be for this would be Tongkat, Boron, and PrimaVie.

Optimize-T and M-Test both have all 3 of those ingredients in them and both are great products.

I have an endocrinology condition where my hormone levels don't trail one another like a normal persons does. I've been to several specialists and they've done a variety of things over the years to see if they could get my levels increased, and M-Test was the best thing I've ever used for a free testosterone increase. That was before Optimize-T was available; once Optimize-T came out, I started stacking the two together.

If you do prefer a topical, then Xtreme Performance Gels Alpha Gel is a great option.

Here's a link to the Alpha Gel thread where you can see some feedback:

I can personally vouch for Hyperion and M-Test for this. Both have really high quality extracts of their respective ingredients that boost free test

Stinging nettle is the classic for that. Doesn't fenugreek as well?

Bro, just read and trust @sns8778 post above. Everything he has is amazing. SNS, CEL, XPG, and Muscle Addiction

That said, if looking for singular ingredients

Nettle Root extract (must be root not leaves)
Boron
Shilajit
DHEA

Some other products that lower estrogen can help
Pregnenolone
DIM
IC3

Preg lowers estro? Haven't heard of that (not disputing). I've been under the impression, that high Preg can induce same type of sides as high estro, but I don't remember specifics or mechanism of action, if it would be in relation with estro or just has similar effects.

Optimize T keeps my SHBG in check. My favorite SNS product. Or any product really
Agreed here. You can't beat optimize-T when it comes to natty test boosters!

In addition to things already listed, 6-oxo has some pretty good data on increasing free test. Apex Arimahex is a transdermal 6-oxo.
Arimahex and Hyperion is a killer combo for free test boosting
