So this is my Hormone Panel.
FSH - 2.76 IU/L (1.50-12.40)
Total T - 19.42 nmol/l (7.60 - 31.40)
Free T (calc) - 0.429 nmol/l (0.30 - 1.00)
SHBG - 30.63 nmol/l (16.00 - 55.00)
Estradiol (not Sensitive) - 144.5 pmol/l (0.00 - 192)
LH - 7.82 IU/L (1.70 - 8.60)
What I'm confused about is LH seems high and I thought that had negative impact on my testosterone production, but I'm sitting at ~600ng/dl, essentially. However, my Free Test also seems really low but I don't fully understand the difference. Does low Free Test cause issues with getting stronger/putting on mass? I get fatigued fast, gain lots of fat even though my diet is definitely in check.
Stats: B/D/S 100kg/190kg/130kg, ~75kg, 5'11. ~15% BF. Lifting 2 Years.
Background: Not touched gear, was intrigued by the subject so I started doing research and realised I had most of the symptoms of low T, so I got this test done. I'm 21, Male.
