I've been on TRT for years, but my free T keeps coming back low even though I'm on 60mg test cyp twice a week. My total testosterone is around 800. What can I do to increase my free bioavailable testosterone without just increasing my dose or running into e2 issues/sides? Thanks

Natural alternatives might be worth a try but I would talk to your endo first. They should be able to help you out more than the couple natural supplement suggestions you are going to receive on here.
 
Normally natural supplements dont do much good at raising T but some are good at bettering the free/bound ratio

Are you running an AI now? That alone could help, or I have seen good things from Viron

If you start using something like proviron or something to free bound T, your body begins a response of normalizing and those type of drugs become less effective over time and you need to take more. Anything that lowers SBHG.

Can always raise your test dose with approval from your doc. Ratio might stay the same but your free will raise with your total.
