Free T 188 - Free and Total only 597?

Hey all, strange phenomenon with my bloods this time around. I do need to donate and have that scheduled for next week, but I doubt that's caused the oddity?

My cruise is 175mg Test E per week. Last time I checked my cruise I was using Sust and it keep it levels perfectly where I wanted them! My estrogen ultrasensitive was 94, so I'm back on Exem, which I feel like I shouldn't really need at this dose? I don't recall using it with Sust in the past.

Any ideas why free is quite high, but total is fairly normal?

what’s the unit of measurement on both bro?

and just because it would make sense, are you sure free isn’t 18.8?

Sorry, ng/dl for free + total and pg/ml for free. I've had high free before, but never with a total this low. Not sure if I should add more Test E or switch back to Sust.
 
That would be 18.8 ng/dl for the free T. Ref range typically being about 9.0 - 30.0 ng/dl. Free T mostly comes from relation of TT and shbg (and albumin). Did you get your shbg reading? At first glance I don't see anything wrong with your T numbers (unless this would indicate your shbg to be on unhealthy level. I can't tell by those numbers). Free T is what counts on a practical level isn't it? So looks to me your good regarding T levels.

The E2 is high and ideally you don't have to use any AI on cruise/trt, so that's an issue.
 
Everything looks fine for test, it's all mid range 18.8/597, estrogen is high for test being that number. You don't see many ppl with estrogen that high with normal test levels unless there holding a lot of bodyfat or just that rare high estrogen converter. Normally I'd say lower the test dose to lower your estrogen before adding a ai, but with your numbers I wouldn't lower my test dose. Adding more test would just raise your estrogen. I'm kinda stumped. Maybe throw in like 12.5mg of exemestane eod and see where that takes you. That's probably what I would do in that situation if I didn't have anything else to blame the high estrogen on

E is high, I like high E personally but normally sit around 50 on cruise and 80 on blast.

TBH I think 12.5mg asin EOD is a lot, I’d be doing that twice a week at most and probably only once.

im assuming you aren’t getting any gyno sides etc....
 
This is my first time getting tested at Quest. I've always been tested through my clinic in the past. I guess they use a different system to report levels and it threw me off.

Yeah, the high estrogen is a concern for sure! I will take 10mg Exem e3d and adjust as needed. Not sure why I'm aromatizing so heavily. No symptoms of gyno at all.

I must not respond well to exemestane, that dose just slightly lowers estrogen for me. At least in the past, I just try now to use a dose of gear that doesn't require a ai

that’s always the best strategy. I need a small 12.5mg a week on my Xmas blast dose (600mg) but below that I’m normally ok.

in reality op should set a dosing strategy, do it for 2 weeks and get bloods to really dial it in. Individual response always plays a role

I'm donating blood on Wed, then rechecking bloods the following week. I'll stick with my routine til then. Thanks everybody!
