FREE STRONG & SHREDDED STACKS! -> OxyELITE Pro AF + C20!

Hey guys I was just at laundry mat and some guy saw me and says, "Hey where'd you get that Usp Labs T-shirt?"...First time I've ever had that happen!...I was wearing my black one with the red and white logo. Anyway, just thought I'd share.

Lucky I never got a shirt :-(

Luck has nothing to do with it. I've built up a ton of supplement company shirts over the years, through purchases of supplements occasionally shirts are included in the deals.

You got that right, I have spent ALOT of money on supplements, especially USPLabs supps. The shirts are nice, and I am grateful, but there was no luck involved.
Now these promo threads on the other hand.....Good luck everyone!!!! ;)

Top 3 tips for getting strong and shredded:

1. Eat enough (but not too much) high Protein foods. Track those macros
2. Put work in daily, whether it be gym or track, iron or ashpalt, just DO WORK!!
3. Sleep!!!!

And #4........ OEP thermo, OEP Protein, and Modern BCAAs

Bam!

Sorry to offend everyone with my rude JOKE about being lucky to have a USPLabs shirt.

I saw a buddy wear a USP shirt the other day in the gym, it was REAL old school and looked pretty faded he said it was about 3-4 years old. Pretty basic USP Labs on the front pec and on the back USP LABS in bigger text, was shocked and asked him where he got it and he had no idea.

Good to see USP labs getting some recognition and marketing outside the forums.

Man a round 2! Yall better get in on this!

No one was offended. Also I didn't know it was a joke. Of course I'm lucky to have a UspLabs T-shirt, lucky to have clothes on my back and food on my plate!. No harm no foul.

Bingo. No one was offended. we just like to support a legit company and market them while wearing their t-shirts and using their products.

1.) Don't starve your self you might lose weight but you'll lose a lot more muscle then needed

2.) high protein studies have shown that high protein diets help keep a lot more muscle while dropping calories

3.) don't be afraid of getting plenty health fats especially if your going low carb. It's mixing the two that gets people in trouble.

Round 2...awesome!

1} Remain Motivated even when your the only one in the gym!

2} adjust your workouts and get up at the crack of dawn to do fasted cardio/training before anyone wakes!

3} Keep moving forward even when others around you don't understand your will to train!

1) When you hit a sticking point in weight, check the mirror first before dropping calories or adding cardio
2) Always add cardio last, start your calories as high as possible when cutting to help keep the metabolism as fast as possible
3) Cheat meals are ok, moderation is ok, refeed are ok, all of these help t3, leptin, and hormone levels when dieting and increase fat/weight loss

1. Be patient and never give up--slow and steady wins the race
2. Know your body and what is possible to get lean but remain healthy--genetics are something we cannot change
3. Use supplementation effectively and as an added boost, not a patchwork for a poor diet--there's a reason they're called "supplements"

2) Always add cardio last, start your calories as high as possible when cutting to help keep the metabolism as fast as possible

I see/hear so many women where I work run themselves to death or hike miles after miles, yet keep poor diets and/or eat less than 1,000 calories a day. They're all trying to lose weight, but for some strange reason, they cannot or hit a sticking point right away.

Usually on a Round 2, Usp Labs/Boro posts what the new second round is going to be...This is not the case?

I was under the impression it is for the same stack as listed on page 1.

1) At least 1g/lb of protein, 20% of your diets from fats, and the rest carbs, if carb tolerant then higher your fats
2) Even when cutting, it would be wise to take a deload depending on how long of a diet you are running. This will help prevent CNS burnout
3) Always strive to hit your micronutrients as much as possible even when your kcals get low. That is key to staying healthy and not getting sick as your immune system breaks down from dieting.

You misunderstand what I'm saying. Yes it is for the same prize, however usually when there is a second round there is some new type of contest. I'm guessing everything is the same though.

I see. . .I believe it's all the same.

1. Eat the foods that you like, to equal your calories for each day. Nobody can sustain a friggin grapefruit only diet, and that isn't healthy (just for an example)

2. Change it up!! Add some variety to your diet each week. I see people eating Chicken, Rice, and potatoes all day every day. Good for them, but i get sick of eating the same old stuff. And, IMO, it is easier to stray FAR off of the path when you aren't getting many flavor combos in.

3. REFEED!! Or carb up, whatever you want to call it. I believe that at least one day each week, there should be a day where you allow yourself to eat MORE (no, not 10k calories, just maybe 1k extra depending on goals). It has been said that this stokes the metabolic fire, but I think it just makes all of the healthy eating that much easier to do every other day.

There has been no word from the reps or casey, so we really do not know.. he just said get ready for round 2...

So we may be off with our assumption. We should hold tight and not jump the gun.

True
Another way of looking at it is where sharing some good info for all and it doesn't even matter if where doing it for a contest

I was thinking the same thing. He will probably come back and say something....

I guess we can play with the rules that we have, until told otherwise...

Agree, but i would rather wait and see what the man has to say himself!

Good plan, we wait...

I just came on here to bitch and complain about being sick.

Sucks to hear that seem like where getting toward the season where that's happens a lot more. Take care of your self and feel better

Extremely often. Probably at least 6-7 times per year. Always when the seasons change, and sometimes in between. Longest I've gone without getting sick, three months.

That is interesting. I am not here to counsel you on diet or anything. From reading your posts this past year I feel you have a grip on eating healthy and exercising.
Are you exposed to large groups of people on a regular basis? Schools, church functions, enormous gym with tons of patrons? Stuff like that...

I rarely get sick, like cold or flu type sick. Probably 2 times in the last few years. But I am borderline anal when it comes to washing my hands and using hand sanitizer. And I work in health care so I am exposed to sick people daily. Although when I was a kid I got sick very often. Strep throat a couple times a year for like 7-8 years. My mother works in health care also so she would bring the stuff home, and schools are a breeding ground for bacteria. Good thing about being sick that much is that you build antibodies for many types and strains.
Have you ever been told that you have immune system issues?

Have not been sick in 5 years.
Srs...

Rarely Ever.
Meeting micronutrients and getting a variety of fruits/veggies helps a ton
and all those baked goods with OEP Protein

Just sayin!

Make some and maybe you wont be sick so much :)

Well, in his defense, some people get sick more than others. Which is why I asked because I am baffled sometimes that certain individuals get more sick than others.

Currently I am a medic at Ranger Training Brigade. Most of the cadre there are some of the most fit in the army, generally speaking. Some of those guys are constantly sick, and their diet and fitness regimen is on point. Just doesn't make sense sometimes.

Same here.. I rarely get sick as well, just the occasional migraines that was passed on.. Haha.. The heat in Hawaii sometimes messes things up, especially when there is vog in the air

Those of you who are not sure whether or not you can re-enter for round 2, I don't see why not. It can't hurt! :)

Whew! How are you feeling now T-Bone? Better, I hope!

Are the questions still the same for round 2 or is anything changing. That is the question. We do not know the specifics for round 2.

Oh, right I see. I edited my last post as not to confuse anyone. Casey is out of town right now, so the plan is almost certainly to post round 2 upon his return. He said get READY for round 2, not that round 2 has begun. Sorry for the confusion!

Yes much better, fever only lasted a few days. Gotta get back to the gym but should take another week, don't want to tempt fate.

I know what you mean. It's so hard to wait those few extra days but you don't want to get sick again. Glad to hear you're doing better. :)

Camping out like this is a Black Friday Deal!!! Not leaving my spot!

1) Be willing to make a change.
It is so much easier to not get started, and to continue walking the same path you are on. However, there is a certain level of commitment required in making the conscious decision that you are going to change your lifestyle in order to align with your goals. Accept that what you're doing and the beliefs you may hold, may not actually be entirely true. Or, you may need to change up your training and diet to ensure that your body is still making constant adaptations to demanding stimuli. Keep an open mind, and be ready to change as new information emerges as to the workings of the human body.

2) Keep your sanity.
While it is important to really dedicate a lot of time to this lifestyle, know that there still remains a level of enjoyment you must get from it if you intend to get the most out of it. This doesn't just mean the most in terms of gains, but in terms of satisfaction as well. Make sure you are not becoming so obsessive over this lifestyle that you cut people out of your life and allow your extreme commitment to your goals to compromise your quality of life. It can begin to feel like a job once this happens, and it just isn't very fulfilling anymore. Sometimes the will needed to build an amazing body can become quite a burden when it begins affecting other parts of your life. Be open to the idea that you may need to back off a little.

3) Love what you do.
Try to maintain the mindset that every single workout, every single meal, etc is exciting. Make sure that this sport, and all that it involves, excites you and makes you feel good! There is no reason to continue on if bodybuilding is no longer serving you, and you are simply serving it. That could be a good time to dial back or call it quits. Only if you truly love it, will you be able to get the most from it!

Taking another week off but going back on my supps. Accidently mixed up F95 and Dopadex today. Ooops...no wonder I feel so damn happy!. I just went in my pill organizer and switched them back. Normally I'll take 2 F95 and 1 Dopadex first thing. I ran out of F95 and went to open a new bottle, didn't realize the new bottle was dopadex instead of F95. So I took 3 dopadex plus I'm drinking my test powder....I gotta be more careful!

Shredding up bro?

Lets be patient. Casey was out of town as Cassie Stated. let the boss man get caught up after his weekend out of the office. We all need time to ourselves.

Patience! Stay tuned guys. Round 2 is right around the corner!

I wonder if maybe the second round will be for OxyElite Protein...New flavor tub?

Thinking they will be sampling out the new flavors first before releasing the full size tubs...could be wrong, but that's how I read a recent post...

Most likely since there is a thread on the USP Forums regarding the 2nd beta test. If they dont conduct the beta i dont see how they could release new flavors prior to that (Since they usually follow a beta, IC Release, then release to public)

Just from what i have seen from them in the past. Could be wrong...
