8 so far

I have posted 8 locations on the new store locator. All of them have been added as new stores so I am looking forward to my confirmation.
 
I submitted Speedy's Gym in Ohio yesterday (it wasn't on the website until today). I haven't heard back from you guys -- my e-mail address is [email protected] -- so should I assume that someone beat me to the punch?

No, you should get an email from us, either way. It is probably your submission that is up. The only other Ohio stores, i did.
 
OK guys and gals!

We appreciate all of your enthusiasm for this deal and are glad that you are all excited about the new MassFX.

Any of you that have submitted current stores to the store locator and see your results on the website.....
The stores are being added to the site through the database. I believe we are confirming as we go and if a store doesn't carry our line, then we would remove them from the database.
We have confirmed most of the submissions and you should be getting an email from us positive or negative very soon.

Those of you that have submitted NEW stores to us (those that do not currently have any AX product)....
These will take quite a bit longer to get ahold of and convince to try our product line. It is much more intensive on our sales force to make these deals. It will be a few weeks before you hear anything from us on these.

I appreciate your patience in these matters. AX appreciates your patience and excitement.

rpen, i have your PM and am checking your info, bro! anyone else who gets anxious, feel free to email or PM me.
 
Just curious. Has anyone actually received a "verified" or "rejected" email as mentioned in the autoresponder?

No worries. I'm not concerned about it.....was just curious if the process had begun yet. I'm confident that everything will proceed appropriately.

Any submissions that were made are now being confirmed. A Sales perosn is calling each store to verify that they carry AX products and then you will get an email from us....

Also, for now on, a store will not appear on the Locator until it is confirmed.

So once again, it is a waiting game. I will be in here frequently and you have all my other contact information if you have questions.

No worries the store I had put there info on the locater is the only one in Kansas. It looks like Aaron forgot to put in his phone number. I can get this for you if you need it.

There has got to be more stores in the Kansas City area carrying your guys stuff.

I really hate to ***** but the store I submitted went up on the store locator site 7 days ago and I still haven't heard back about the Mass-FX. How are things holding up there?

I was told everyone has been contacted. Do me a big favor and send that email in again.

Things are more streamlined now and it will go straight to the correct person.
 
It wasn't an e-mail I sent because it wasn't a new lead that I submitted. It was a store that already carries your line and I submitted it through your website's form for adding a store to the locator. It was Speedy's Gym in Amelia, OH and my e-mail address was attached to the form.

I prefer not to post my e-mail address here and I can't PM you because I'm not a Gold member. If you want I can e-mail [email protected] the store information again so you can check your submitted form information against my e-mail address, but you've already confirmed and added my submission to your store locator.

That is where the problem is. Give the offer a read one more time. After you submit the location then you have to send in an email. With no email the sales team does not know who added it or if they are supposed to do anything. Cool?

I put in an email to the address that was posted in the offer, this being at least the 4th time to do so, and I hope to hear back soon. I am chomping at the bit to get this product in my hands.

If you did, you should have gotten an automated response from us.

I am trying to make sure we are all on the same page!! AX will deliver on its promises!! YOU HAVE MY WORD!!

REMEMBER, it will take time for the sales team to call each one of those stores and verify that they carry AX products! As soon as the store is verified and you are matched up to your store that you EMAILED in, you will get ANOTHER email from us stating that you are to receive product or not!

please, please, please let me know if there are anymore problems! I am here to help!!!!

OK so I have done what you all have asked on several occassions and if infact we are suppose to receive an AUTOMATED response, where is my response?

I have retyped and sent in my info 4-5 times now and have yet to see any resolve.
 
97, as Steve replied to you....
your messages are ending up in the spam folder. There is something with the domain you are using communicationg with the Domain we are using. Therefore, you aren't getting the automated responses.

But Kevin and Steve have personally worked with you and corresponded to you. There are several posts on here where Kevin asked you to email in to the free-massfx and to Steve's account and then when that wasn't working he told you to call and gave you the direct line. So don't act like you haven't been give a fair shot. I have also worked for you to get this resolved.

Everyone gets a fair shake.

97muscle I have worked my butt off to get your issues resolved. Your mail server was using a relay and because of that your emails were in a spam bucket. We found that out yesterday and replied to you. I had one employee that has worked 6 hours on your problem alone.

Not many companies run free product promo’s like this. I have done everything possible short of driving to your house to get this resolved. I am also getting annoyed that out work is still not up to your satisfaction level.

I am going to post this one last time.

We now have your email problem resolved. We have replied to you. You submitted 15 locations and we have all of those locations. Now someone has to call to verify that they are:

1. Not affiliated or the same chain
2. Carry the AX line
3. Are brick and mortar stores not internet retailers

If all 15 locations fit the above criteria like posted in our offer you WILL get your free product which by the way is close to a $1,000 value MSRP. We just found your emails and why we were not receiving them yesterday afternoon. Now a human has to call all of the locations before you are okayed for the product. This takes time and I think for the amount of product you are requesting (5 Hyperdrol, 5 Mass FX, 5 Retain) you can wait.

LASTLY – If you still have not received the email that we sent to you yesterday CALL IN to the office as I requested in two separate posts.
 
WOW!! I never meant to step on anyone's toes and I realize that the process of going through ALL of the entries that you have received takes a lot of time. I apologize if I came across as a jerk. Until yesterday I had no idea that you were experiencing problems with our domains and being that I work in Advertising/Visual Communications I can fully understand.

Please accept my apology and know that I think you and Mace have done a stand up job taking care of this situation.

I have not received the email but I can give you an alternate email (yahoo) that should work.
