Epic is no joke and it lasts a long time the effect I mean. This make's it great if you want to take it a couple hours before workout or just have that focused feeling for hours afterwards.
 
Love EPIC it keeps me focused and has given me some unbelievable pumps in the quads and biceps. The energy i get from it is incomparable to anything else I've used.
 
Saved me this morning.. I am on a 2 a day today and this morning was deads and I have bronchitis. I had to so a triple drop and almost barfed up a lung. None of this would have been remotely possible without EPIC.
