Pre --- White Flood & Shock Therapy (WF is almost gone -- picked up some Enhanced)

Notes: I'm thinking of starting with 1 NXT for the first 4-5 days then 2-1-2 for the next 5-6 days before 2 caps everyday.
 
Haven't run anything like this in awhile so just a solo run for the sponsored log.

Main/Favorite Lifts:

Chest - I always start out with either Incline DB or Incline BB. I don't do a lot of Flat BB press anymore.
Back - I haven't been dead lifting that long but I'm getting better & try to incorporate it more. I like Wide Grip Pullups.
Shoulders - I love Seated DB Press or Military Press
Legs - I had ACL reconstructive surgery a few years ago so when I squat I don't go that heavy. But I like Hack Squats.
 
I'm right with you on that lack of flat pressing. Interesting you like Hack over back/front squats -- I suck at them, to say the least haha.

10 DAY UPDATE

Things I'm starting to notice:

- Yesterday was the first time I noticed an increase in urination frequency

- Muscle Fullness in the Gym is starting

- Motivation to Train is way up!

- Appetite was slightly up yesterday

- While libido may not be up yet, Let's just say I feel like I'm 18 again when I wake up in the morning! :D

- Too early to notice any strength gains.

- NO joint pain! (I've been dosing OT & Joint Help)

NOTES: Will continue 2-1-2 dosing for 3-4 more days

Good info! You are doing great with your log here bro. I think I will use your format for Day count and notes.
 
The first several weeks I was on NXT, the urination was all too frequent. Sometimes to the point of having to wake up in the middle of the night. I'm just finishing up my seventh week and it is not as prominent.

agreed, it gradually decreases over time, but to me at least, stays above the norm!!!

Yes, yes they are.

ddfox--I, too, have been trying out Enhanced. I was expecting a jittery, or booming rush of energy, but for me, it's very subtle, almost IV-like in the way it performs. If anything, it accentuated my mind-muscle connection, as I was able to dial in the fibers for the muscle I was working and letting it do all the work.

The first day I used it, I didn't have that feeling, but I had added some other pre-workout items to it. When I used it solo the next two days, it was incredible. It might sound counterintuitive, but try using one scoop and see how that fares.

Best of luck and thanks for that photo! I'm a buttman, but ain't nothing wrong with a solid rack!
