What did you do PCT besides nolva?
Did you pig out at the clean food buffet? Did you use low volume heavy weights? Did you reload on creatine? The reloading on creatine post cycle can make up for the losses in the first week. I think it helps mentally to start using the creatine as a building tool immediately post cycle and load it a little heavy so it blows you up where th M1t left off.

The creatine thing is just my theory.

im off creatine right now, i went off when i started m1t. im gonna wait a few more days to complete 20mg of nolva for 2 weeks, then im gonna hit up the m1t again for whatevers left in the bottle at 20mg a day (around 2 weeks).

Your are setting yourself up for failure with this cycle. You want people to know the real facts about your cycle but the problem is that we don't want others thinking they can just take this very lightly and party and drink and still take M-1-T.

I'm not sure if you fully understand what you are putting your body. This is not some prohormone that can be taken by anyone. This stuff is the real deal. What research have you done?? You can use Milk Thistle, NAC, ALA, MSM, etc. There are plenty of items OTC that are proven to help support liver function. Use some of these and your liver will thank you for it.


No, two days off is not too long for recovery but by the looks of it you are only training arms and legs? Is there a reason for this?


Well then you need to get into a very good bodybuilding zone before you continue your cycle. Most guys plan there cycles for months and months, having everything on hand before starting the cycle. Do you have your post cycle recovery planned yet and if so, do you have the products in hand right now. No cycle should be started without everything being purchased first, including PCT items.
Take this as constructive as I am only trying to help you not make the same mistakes I did when I first started.

you need to rethink your strategy. You took too much for too long. you did not take enough nolva. You are not ready for another cycle. .

The day after I finish cycling the nolva as PCT, can i then start a m1test-only cycle again for 2.5 weeks? or should i wait longer so my natural **** can recover?

also at the end of a 2.5 week cycle, must i use nolva again? do you recommend something else, such as clomid because of possible built nolva tolerance?

1. This is really up to you. I would suggest taking a few weeks off just to allow your endocrine system to stabilize.

2. Nolva should be your #1 choice. You could use clomid but it is not necessary. Better chocie is novla and clomid and HCG.
 
OK. People I plan on going on a 2.5 week m1t only cycle in a few days. I want to have everything inline for this cycle. I plan on seriously eating much more food, and setting up better splits.
Question, at 185lbs on m1t, how much protein a day would you reccomend for me?
 
incredible. how can one get so much protein in a day? this has always been my biggest problem. protein intake.
 
Come on. Powder, tuna, peanut butter, chicken, beef, crab, shrimp, etc.

It can be done. If you are struggling to get there add 2 extra protein shakes with about 40-50 grams of protein each. I know it is tough but it will help.

* 300 grams - need to average 50 grams per meal
* 400 grams - need to average 67 grams per meal

its just that a scoop of protein powder only has 22g of protein. thats like 10 freaking shakes a day just to get 220g of protein. then you have another 180g to get through your meals throughout the day. with 6 meals a day, thats 30g of protein at each meal. i find that incredibly hard to do, esp. while in college.

but yeah, ill just have to start buying more tuna and chicken i guess.
 
I eat LOTS of chickin. 'bout 24 grams of protein per breast (boneless skinless) 100 cals, 4 fat, and 0 carbs. Man, chikins GREAT.
 
Take 2 scoops of powder instead of one that will give you roughly 50 grams of protein per shake.

back to BBing...yeah i guess ill have to start eating more proein heavy foods. I usually see protein as a supplement to my diet. I guess I should make it the major part of my diet in my mind, cause its soooo damn easy to get the amount of fat and carbs you need each day.
 
If your want to get the most out of a bulking/cutting period and are considering any type of 'supplement cycle' you need to get your diet in line first.

Take the time to plan your meals in advance, purchase a book that breaks down food nutrition (I like 'The Complete Book of Food Counts' by C.T. Netzer.), and consider buying a scale to weigh food portions.

Don't leave your diet to guess work and 'eating on the fly', if your serious enough to consider 'advanced supplements' you should be serious enough to get your diet in line.

Man, you said later on you were off creatine, I cant tell whats going with your cycle log at all. You say you look the same but later on you were happy with a 12 lb gain.......but as far as i could tell it was because you didnt take off your clothes when you weighed in the 2nd of a whole two times. If your going to write one of these things....please try to be consistent with what your doing. With that said.....I'm going to focus my attention back to Zorros avatar.......:D

My fault. I missed a letter. It is Maria SharApova. She is young though, born in 1987 and was just given a modeling contract. She is a very good tennis player.

OK, after this, i'm seriously done with this hijacked thread ;). 2003-1987=...umm..16...(right??) so she's 16??? damn...good lookin 16 year old. i mean...when she's legal she'll be...dang...all of those lucky russian male tennis instructors. i should move to europe and teach tennis. ... ... ... well, and learn to play tennis. shesh.
 
hi i started methyl 1 test AGAIN a third time. the 2nd and 3rd time i started doing a cycle with this stuff, i got no positive results like the first time. Its like after the first cycle i developed an immunity to it. the first cycle i was getting insane pumps, felt so amazingly big and hard , stronger, felt great. now the 2nd time with the SAME exact brand i noticed no effects after about five days, and now again with a different brand, and my 3rd cycle of it, i still am feeling NOTHING. im throwing my money out the window. im getting the flu like symptoms this time around, but NO weight gain, strength gains, recovery improvement, nothing. what gives? is this a normal physiiological response for some people? I waited a month between my first 2 cycles, and about 5 months between my second and third. this time im using higher power's stuff. thanks for your time.
 
its making me sicker by the day. now im all nasally and my nose is runny. my throat gets real sore soon after taking 10mg, and then again when i take the next 10mg at night.

if i used 20mg before, now should i take 30? 40? i dont wanna **** myself up

and im not complaining about pumps or what not. im not getting the effect of feeling full and large and strong like when i first took it. its like night and day. i know how it effects you because i used it before, and i am not getting that same or nearly the same thing. i wanna decide quickly what to do, cause id like to get off of it and just sell my nolva and 2 bottles of m1t to someone else, rather than waste all that money/go far enough into the cycle that id need nolva to recover.

i just dont feel like spending money if its not helping me. i could sell the 2 bottles of methyl, and full nolva bottle for $100.

Id really love to stick it out, but i just cant see how 5 days into my third cycle and 7 days in on my second cycle that i am not seeing literally 50% of the affects i was experiencing during my first cycle. and on top of all that am now sick...how can i be gaining muscle and working out good when i feel shitty?

this sucks. and the worst thing is this is happening to me with my ECA stacks too. ripped fuel and this no name brand dont affect me anymore...like zero effect. clenbutrx did affect me though.

is it possible some people have unnaturally high tolerances to compounds?
