Today, training solo, I did four sets of 10 reps for four exercises. The fifth exercise, jump rope, was 100 skips.
Unassisted Pull Ups - hammer, wide, medium and biceps grips
5 x 10 - 50 reps
Hanging Leg Lifts
5 x 10 - 50 reps
Push Ups
5 x 10 - 50 reps
Weighted Machine Crunches
5 x 10 - 50 reps
Skip Rope
5 x 100 - 500 skips
