if you go to Invalid Link Removed there are two freeware programs there called Exercise Diary and Workout Generator. The first is just what it says, though it's simple enough that I like it. No bs,just a nicely organized diary that can keep a good record of your workouts and spit out a nice report. For some reason my Excel isn't running on my machine right now, this things is a good replacement.

The second is a bit funny, it generates a workout from a preset database of exercises. You select what equipment you have and then it generates random workouts to fit your needs. You can enter your own exercises too, enter what equipment is needed and what muscles are worked and it'll include those in the randomization. Handy since I don't think it comes with any preloaded back exercises. Nifty little thing though, you can program a minimum and maximum number of reps and sets, number of different exercises and whether or not exercises can repeat synergists, which are preprogramed or entered in the database. Kind of cool in a way.

Both programs are set up for anaerobic and aerobic work. Pretty cool little things to get for free.
