Honestly I didn't have much luck with it but I'm used to stims. Directions are one to three scoops and I ended up at three which felt the same as one scoop with some other things. But for that price it's definitely worth checking out.

It is worth checking out at that price. I needed three scoops, but I am stim tolerant. The apple is very good if you can choose that flavor.

Just wanted to say that this is probably one of the best pwo I've tried so far. It gives me energy without any anxiety, and I could drink it at 6 pm and still fall asleep by 930.
