@Admin I can't get the Bold, Underline, Font, Color, ETC items to work ???

They do not work for me, all my icons are light gray

They aren’t working for you because all your icons are light gray - deactivated. You should be able to activate all your icons by selecting the settings icon (looks like a gear) all the way to the right. Should be good to go from there!
