When is the best time to take Forskolin for it's cAMP activation benefits?
I usually take 50mg of 95% Forslean about 30-40 minutes before breakfast but just wanted to know when others are taking it for the best effects.

Cheers

Generally, it does not matter when it is taken, but some people do take it pre meal, if they get GI distress from it.

I can't say if the Forskolin is making any distinct difference on it's own, but I am at maintanance and I do still have my abs...which is unusual

Timing doesn't really matter. I normally split two 50mg doses when I run it with one being am and the other dose preworkout around 8 hours later. One of the few natty supplements that really work well for me. Been running PES forskolin+ the last few runs and it seems to be a step up with fat loss/recomp compared to straight forskolin. Can't go wrong with 95% extract though.

I'd suggest taking 2 dosages 8 hours apart. Since Forskolin does increase cAMP one of the dosages taken pre workout wouldn't be a bad idea. With it's ability to minorly affect testosterone a dosage too late has affected some of our clients sleep patterns. You may be fine though.

It might be, forskolin can increase cAMP, which might allow your body to burn fat and build lean mass.

Forskolin increases metabolism, burns fat, breaks down triglycerides, and increases lean-body mass
The thyroid stimulating strength of forskolin has been compared to TSH (thyrotropin). Thyroid hormone levels are important for leanness.
Forskolin has increased total testosterone by 16% in male subjects during a 12-week trial.
