Based on the available research - a lot of which has been posted on this forum- Forskolin appears to be a very useful supplement for
faster fat loss while in a caloric deficit
preservation of muscle during dieting
increasing Test levels
However, almost all threads here and on bb.com are entirely theorethical in nature. I have not seen many meaningful user experiences and was wondering if anyone used a high enough dose (40-50 mg) for long enough in somewhat stable conditions. If so, please share your results.
