Forskolin a break or cycle down?

So I've been on forskolin since Jan 1 this year, between 2 different supplements at 2 different times it's been 50mg coleus forskolli.
I liked the idea of staying on it all the time since it doesn't need to be cycled. I read that someone one here doses up me down through the year. Should i cycle it down to 25 for some time or give my body some time off it?

You should probably take a 4week pause, because even thou forskolin doesnt need to be cycled your body gets used to it, so the efficiency drops, there are supplements u dont need to cycle (protein, bcaa, fish oil, multis..) but with forskolin your body responds like its something new in your body and with time it gets used to it...better to take a break than dose it down to 25 mg bcs your body is already used to forskolin, so after a 4week break your body will react again like its the first time noticing forskolin in it
Which supplements containing forskolin did u use?
 
Like said above i'd always recommend taking a break if you've been running any supplement for an extended period of time as your body will build up a tolerance to the product.
