Endurance was through the roof today. Felt great this entire workout!

Five rounds for time of:17:58

Run 400 meters
185 pound Deadlift, 21 reps

My hands are smooth as tree bark
 
Okie-dokie. I will start working on not using gloves.
 
Gloves are ok, I just see it as an unnecessary layer between you and they also can make your grim fail faster thats just my opinion though

I do use wrist wraps on occasion though

Wrist wraps and knee wraps are a different story. Those are essential for safety at high wieghts

Ok.... So at what weight(s) do I need them?
 
You don't want to use them all the time either though, so you can maintain balance between muscle and joint strength
 
Tomorrow I will be doing clean and jerks at 135 lbs nothing really heavy but ill probably use wrist wraps because it will be a high rep workout
 
Anytime you have had an injury to your knee elbow or whatever. When you go for a 1 rep max they are great for stability.

This. Any time you're going balls out with either weight or reps it helps maintain stability so you don't collapse your wrist, sprain it and probably drop the bar on your face. Lol

Shaved 1:02 off my time back from July! Feel really great during my workouts but I have maybe a scoop or two of endurance left : ( ill be purchasing a tub!

This was the first round of the workout i had my wife film and count for me. She pointed out I only did 9 reps on clean and jerk but turned off the camera as I went back, just so you know I went back

I'm glad you approve! I can't thank you enough for giving me a shot,with only a few post to my name. I'm going to try to squeeze a workout or two more into log.

Yes definitely want to get your form down first, and star from the floor because hang power cleans are a little tougher. Thanks for following!

Final workouts today I'm officially out of Endurance! Had a killer arm workout today during my lunch hour! Then finished off the tub with the crossfit open WOD 13.4. My videographer (my wife) did the WOD with me so i only put together a quick vid didn't want to do too much and exhaust myself before I even started.

Lol, just Chris is fine though your worship is always appreciated! Yep should be there around 11am on may 8th. So if you want to hit the gym that night or the following morning let me know. I'm there in business too so if you want to grab a bite somewhere good I can expense it. Lol! Not kidding

That's funny, i was at the Fire station yesterday and the chief said he was ready for me to workout with his guys they are all in a slump and need someone to push them. you look like you got your under control though. I don't have my diet in check so i have to push harder lol
