Formula for Carbs during Refeed

I see a lot of high numbers for people's intake of carbs (in grams) on their refeeds while on CKD, but don't know how they came up with that number. Forgive me, but I did search. There's so much CKD stuff on here that 20 minutes' worth of searching got me nowhere to answer this question so I thought I'd just ask.
