Formex/act extreme log

IMO X-force really kills my appetite...thats the biggest benefit I noticed from it...Love the stuff. Ran out it it a while back and got to pick some more up.

ive had quite a drop in libido and attitude over the last few days. after talkining with a few people im going to go with the formex at 50mg EOD. im throwing in some stoked and sunami(by get diesel) starting tommorow. ill give that a week or so to see if it turns things around. if not i will come off and take a few weeks then go back to formex at EOD right off the get go.

im still having great workouts and feel strong.

The drop in Estrogen I'm guessing.

That's why Formex needs to be cycled if you're running it higher than 50mg a day. I did 25mg a day for 2 months and noticed no drop in libido after the 1st month of playing around with the doses.

Yesterday started my IHP dosing of 75/25/75/25/... It's like my body is responding to Formex for the 1st time again, all of the initial effects just get an extra kick.

Some may already have a lower E2, which if you kick it down more so, it will cause certain things to exaggerate themselves (libido, etc). No worries, just adjust the dosage. Everyone has a sweet spot; you just have to use it for a few weeks to discover the best protocol for the desired effects that you are looking for.
I talked with a guy through PM's yesterday that told me that 25mg was the perfect dose for him. He stated that 50mg was making him have a dry-joint feeling. After he adjusted it, he said he feels like a million bucks. Then on the other hand, another person that post at SoM stated that 75mg was the minimum dose that helps him. So it's just finding that spot and working with it to unlock the potential. Even if you need 75mg, you can always do an EOD protocol so the bottle will last longer.

well i can say that since i went to the eod dosing and throwing in some dth and sunami im doing much better. still no animal like i was but at least im not trying to bang with half wood. so i can only see things going up from here

Dosing high like that is ok for the occasional spike when you need one but after the 50mg EOD, give the 75/25/75/25 IHP a try :)


Any updates on how the new dosing is going for you John ??
 
I noticed the drop in libido at 50mg a day. I have dropped to 25mg a day and have felt good, but I think i'm going to do the 50mg every other day from now on.

I think i will try that. Eod seems good right now, but i will give 75\25 a shot, that dosing seems logical.
 
6 week update with a couple pics. im down 4 pounds but stronger in all lifts. this has been a work in progress with the lost libido and all. im now sitting at formex 50mg eod, dth 2/day and sunami 3/day. feeling awesome. workouts are great. all in all im loving this stuff. gonna up my calories to try to put a little weight back on. i cant remember when i was 180lbs. want to get back closer to 190.

Soo true ! The scale isn't the best thing to go by.

I gotta agree though, deff lookin ripped in those updated pics bud !

thanks man. i am pleased so far with the results. i didnt change my diet at all. still working on getting libido back to 150%

its getting there. been doing the eod 50mg. gonna go to the 25-75-25-75...
