Formestane Conversion to 4-OHT

Is there any way to tell how much Formestane can be converted to HydroxyTest? For ex. 100mg Formestane = 25mg 4-OHT, or is this variant in the individual?

very little percentage, waaay less than you think, but I don't know the actual number.
