formastane dosage

how much formastane should be taken a day to get a really good drop in estrogen but not cut it out compleatly. I notice on the bottle it says 150 mg spread thru out the day but many people are taking 250 - 500mg thru out the day or all at once just wondering what works best.

are you taking it oraly? Many people have said 100 is not enough.
