Formadrol -- Help

I am really interested in taking formadrol but I have looked at three different sites and each one has a different ingredient profile on the product. Can some one tell what is it right now and give me some info on the following ingredients:

BB.com ingredient profile for formadrol:
6-alpha-methyl-etiocholene-3,17-dione: 20mg
Diadzein: 20mg

DA.com ingredient profile for formadrol:
3,17-keto-etiocholene-4-ol 30mg
3,17-keto-etiocholene-diene 25mg
Diadzein 20mg

lgsciences.com ingredient profile for formadrol:
3a'-hydroxyetioallocholan-17-one 20mg's
1,4,6-etioallocholan-dione 4.5mgs
diadzein 20mg's
