My buddy just recently gave me a free bottle. What's the best way to use it?

I would stack it with a natural test booster . If you run it solo it will boost test just by reducing estrogen . If you dose it according to the bottle you'll be fine.

I would just use it, according to directions. It's fairly cheap.
