hey guys, i was wondering if forma is any good by itself. I'm probably gonna run it during PCT along with erase a serm and PCT but I've heard stories where, by itself, it can reduce puffy nips and tighten up your definition on your chest, arms, abs, etc...is this true? would it be a good buy? Thanks, BBB
 
Hy bbb forma is a soild product. have used it following an epi cycle with no probs.It definately dries you out like you said only used it on chest and abs but i was pretty dry after the epi any way.
 
dumb question but are you suppose to spray it on and thats it or can you rub it in?? and whats the dosing for PCT?
