Forma Application

When I use Formabolic, I rub it on my chest, upper back and my inner arms. I wouldnt use it on your forearms but thats just me.
 
I read somewhere that forearms are actually a good spot for transdermal application. Low fat, high vascularity
 
Hands have terrible absorption bud. I just spray the stuff on my forearms and rub it either between both forearms, or on my chest

I spray it on my shoulders or chest or upper arms and use my forearms to rub it in

Thin skin, low bf, high vascularity or concentration of blood vessels
 
Yeah I like the tops of the feet but formasurge made them red and kinda burn a bit

Formeron and LIveLong Form did not burn on the feet.

The shoulders arms and chest are easier to reach but the feet can be used to rotate sites.
 
Serratus area always works for me using mr supps forma , wush the bottles were bigger though . Anywhere u have low bf & vascularity .
 
Ive read a study before that the scrotum has the highest absorbtion rate for transdermals. ill try to dig it up.

Not putting formasurge anywhere down there! Burned my feet, who knows what it will do to the boys!

The LIveLong form is like a lotion though, doesn't burn at all
