So my current split is
Mon: quads
Tue:shoulders (chest flyes)
Wed: hams calves
Thur: arms
Fri: rest
sat: chest (lateral raises)
sun: back

I want to train back twice a week i was thinking that i could do an AM back workout consisting if only pulling movments on my arms day it would onyl be an hour or so compared to my regualar workouts which are 2-3 hours, I can handle the recovery and am on gear so i just dont know if it will impact overall muscle development

You train for 2-3 hours a day everyday? Even on gear u will never recover enough from that IMO. Unless of course your doing only a short burst of a training session that last that long. To answer your question why don't u switch your hammy day with chest and throw in back with chest? Push- pull should give the necessary development you seek in a short time. And it shouldn't hinder your chest workouts too much.

Check out Layne Norton's PHAT program. You'll hit everything twice a week. I also think having a seperate day just for arms is a waste.
