What times did you take it? with breakfast lunch and dinner? or w. a snack preworkout?

ps does anyone else find it weird how the pills are so bouyant that they float to the roof of your mouth? lol :fool2:
 
i plan on running JW in january, i would suggest taking it with 3 meals, it doesnt matter how far away or how close the 2nd dose (lunch) is before u workout. if u plan on bumping it up to 4-5 caps then i would take them with other meals or snacks
 
I took 4 caps a day. Breakfast, Lunch, pre-w/o (not necessarily with a meal), and pre-bed with some cottage cheese and fish oil.

That might not help you out since it seems like you're getting headaches and that never happened to me. I would recommend it with a meal though.
 
I believe your supposed to take it with a meal containing carbs. People report headaches when they lack carbs in their meal.
 
My protocol for Jungle Warfare consisted of JW at 3 pills/day for the first bottle and then 5 pills/day for second bottle. I took the pills with either a bagel, sandwich, muffin, or potatoes at meals 1, 3, and 5. My workouts are usually between meals 2 and 3. This is taking into consideration that I was eating 6-7 meals per day. The combination of carbohydrate and JW was added after my first week of headaches.
 
I used 3/day when it first came out, with my 3 largest meals and just one bottle, not two as many are doing. I got amazing hypertrophy and muscle hardness, even my first stretch marks. Recently there has been controversy surrounding the product so I'm still undecided if I will try another bottle in the near future.

I got mild lethargy, and if I didnt eat enough with it I got a massive headache, so make sure to get a lot of carbs in. For me I had to take 80 to 100g CHO with each cap, but keep in mind I eat 500-550g carbs daily.

My first dose I took with roughly 50g carbs and I will never forget the migraine headache.
