hello
well im looking to lose fat but at the same time i want to gain muscle .... i am currently playin football for a minor league football team ... i am 5'11 and weigh 275 lbs but i want to get in shape i am not really that big and want to get more muscle any tips that can help ... thanx
 
I play for a team in Charlotte- just clean up your diet- high protein, medium clean carbs like oats, rice, and pasta, and medium fat. Try to stay completely away from drinking and fast food- and try to be in decent shape by the time the pads go on (for us next month)- biggest mistake I see some guys make is trying to go full speed the first few days out- they always end up tearing something....:clean:

You're 5'11" 275lbs and you don't think you are "that" big?


As for what type of routine to gain muscle and strength, I reccomend doing:


Bench Press / Incline Bench Press (altertnate each week)
Squats
Deadlift
Power Cleans
Lunges


These lifts should help with your overal power and explosiveness
