Was sweating bullets for the final 9+min haha. Should've put money on that one like Misfit28 said!

Def getting some more Perform (gonna get black cherry this time) as its been a nice addition lately. Definitnely noticed a difference in the few weeks I switched back to just plain bcaa's in regards to recovery time between sets. I don't do much cardio so its hard to judge there, but I can push an extra rep or two with the same short rest periods. Especially notice it on power days (high weight low reps) as I have a tendancy to "think" I'm ready and jump back under the weight too soon and then miss a rep. Xtend perform seems to allow me to just go when I want and still make that rep happen.

So ive started my first Aas cycle and its been going really good but my joints are killing me and i feel like its holding me back so i would love to try out anf lod flexatril if i can guess the monday night game right. Ive heard a lot of really good things about flexatril so hopefully i win and get to give it a go.

Anyways to football im going with tampa bay 24-10 over carolina panthers
