Food question!!

Hey everyone, I have been bodybuilding for about 4 years now and I've been eating chicken for at least 3 meals a day everyday for those four years. Know, I used to love chicken now the sight and smell of it kills me I want to puke. Anyone have any other good recipes or idea to change that? Anything would help!
 
There are a thousands of different ways to prepare chicken. A simple google search will help

Also, going to your local grocery store you will find a ton of good items in the spice area. Recently I've been using some McCormick's grill mix (find one that fits your macros and you don't have to add too much into it) and that is an easy way to go

Another thing to look into is condiments. I am a BIG hot sauce and low sodium soy sauce user. Just need to find a way to prepare your food to enjoy it again, our taste buds always get bored after a while
