My father-in-law got me a Can Cooker for Christmas and at first I was thinking, "ok, another thing we won't really use." I gotta tell you though, after the first time using it and cooking a big package of chicken breasts(I think 6?), 6 large potatoes, 8 small ears of corn, a pound of shrimp, and a bag of baby carrots in 45 minutes, my wife and I were hooked! We have the small one and just use it on our stove top.

It's all aluminum. Clean up is rather simple as there are 2 removable half-circle racks at the bottom. Food doesn't really touch the bottom unless it falls through. By having about 24 oz of liquid at the bottom to steam with, nothing ever gets baked on. I just throw the racks in the dishwasher and clean the can by hand.
