3 weeks in.... 30mg dmz/ 30 mg M-Sten. was planning on going 6 weeks. Yesterday/ last night, I came down with some type of food poisoning (my guess) up untill recently, about 6 hrs ago, I've finally been able to keep water down and a little food. Found windows to still take my dosages at their specific times, and never saw any capsules come up while puking. Should I scrap the cycle and move into PCT and save my supps? Or push through, take tomorrow off and keep truckin!?
