Food ideas???

The diet side of life is getting me down lately!! I have a really busy life at the min and chose easy to cook meals as my packed lunch but I'm getting really sick of the same old chicken and rice, pasta and rice etc... Would really appreciate some easy meal ideas that are rich in protein and carbs etc.. In fact any food ideas at all are welcome, I would like to mix the diet up a little bit all together to stop me getting bored of eating

Either, I don't mind cooking them and eating them cold.. Going to get a smoothie maker today that should put some excitement back in to things, thanks for the link dude
 
i crock pot every other day. few pounds of chili, few pounds of chicken, turkey...
 
try switching to large sandwiches for a while, plenty of protien options, bread for carbs, veggies, and mayo/guacamole etc. for fats... a million options

Iv recently done just that! Thanks for the input bro... Does anyone have any good reads on carb back loading and just how effective it is for losing fat and gaining muscle? Or even just lean bulking? Very interested in giving this a go but wouldn't mind a few personnel opinions, all I seem to find is same info different site
