Breakfast is my fav meal...2 eggs, 4 whites, canadian bacon, green pepper, low fat cheese, mix and make into an omlet topped with salsa

1 c oats with cinimmon, sugar substitute...oj for vitamin c......or 2 eggs overeasy, 4 egg whites, 1 whole wheat english muffin, 1 c oats if your trying to gain, and some fruit..
Everynow and then i buy the organic whole wheat pancake mix and mix some flax, blueberry and oats...pretty good...
At night usually some cottage cheese, or if your body likes carbs at night 1 slice whole grain bread with 1 tbs natural pb/ honey.....big ass glass of milk
