Use this chili. Its name is Naga chili. It's one of the hottest chili in the world. once I had its sauce. It was terribly spicy.

This one is awesome to cook red meat with:

Kinda vinegar strong so I don't use it as a topper.

This one is amazing in anything. It's 11g carbs per T so I don't get to use it often either:

Hot sauce forever

Anyone tried the Carolina reaper sauce? Jesus. It's too much. Can not handle it.

Somehow I missed this! I'll start uploading all the sauces I try when I travel. I almost always try to get a new sauce every week when I'm on the road to see what all is out there.

Love it, thread revival

Still covering everything in spice here!

This stuff is a little much in anything a bowl or less, even at a splash.

This one is really hot (Scorpion Peppers), but still very flavorful. All of their sauces are really good:

I'll have to get a pic later (couldnt find this thread from mobile) but if you havent had trader joe's ghost pepper chilies, get them! These literally may be the single hottest spice I've ever had. literally a small dash in an entire pot of chili will have you sniffling all night. Just incredible. They are so hot they actually had to package them in a little bag inside the glass grinder because people at the store were touching the grinders and getting hurt from residual flakes/powder/etc burning them later.

Roll up, roll up..... for my home grown fermented Carolina reaper( the hottest chilli in the world) sauce, I'll post pics later when I'm home, but it's the hottest thing I've ever tried and I've had sauces of 7 million scoville units in chilli festivals, also I have pure capsaicin (15 million shu) which I'm gonna make a sauce and a spray later on in the year..

These are the bad boys I was talking about. You can see the bag in the grinder covered in plastic in the second pic ha. Wicked good.
