Hey I bought follidrone 2.0
Question I do warrior style diet basically 1 meal a day. I'm currently using x gels arachadonic acid I take it with my meal post workout. Not ideal I know
How do I incorporate follidrone while fasting. 1 cap 3 times daily ?
I was thinking 1 am
2 pre workout
Post workout pa acid and xgels. Almost done x gels
