Depends, why would you need a anti estrogen....

Lowering your estrogen too much if it's not out of range is a good way to feel like crap and get erectile dysfunction.

I think they would stack well. Inhibit e will lower it but not to extreme lows based on my runs. Definitely keep an eye on it but should be fine
