This has been an experiment, and I was hopeful, but I wasn't dumb. I knew that this was not a steroid, but I wanted to post actual evidence of before and after pictures and results and see for myself what this does. I will say, in my opinion, that I look better than when I started. Am I fully convinced that Follidrone did this? I'm not sure, but I will be trying another bottle to go for another 30 days, because my wife likes the difference.

SQUAT & DEADLIFT
My knee had some intense pain over the past 2-3 weeks, so I have not squatted at all, and deadlifting has been set aside until I figure out what is wrong with my knee.
BENCH PRESS (7 reps added)
I haven't tried for a 1 rep max, so I'm going to go by sets and reps. When I started this I was doing 185 lbs for the following reps: 4-3-1
Two days ago, I did 185 x 6-5-4
This doesn't seem to me like the follidrone did anything. It seems like I would have made that kind of progress anyway, but maybe not. Maybe that progress completely sucks. I have no clue.
MILITARY PRESS
Starting out I was doing 120 lbs for 3 sets of 5
Last workout I did was 125 for 3 sets of 5. That's a nice jump.
OTHER
One thing I have noticed is that my BB curls and Tricep work and DB rows are increasing dramatically. For instance, I started off BB curling 80 lbs for only 3 reps. Now I'm curling 80 lbs for 9-6-5 (added over 15 reps).
My weight has not budged, and I have been eating a decent amount of protein, not insane. I'm basically eating at maintenance, so it makes sense.
Anywho, that's about it.
